BROOPS! DOWN THE CHIMNEY

Try calling this the British version of E.T., and listeners will be lining up. A small alien unexpectedly lands in James's living room and spends the next few days with him--including going to school. Numerous British words from "boffer boots" to "ruggers" will not slow down American listeners for long as Andy Crane's narration will captivate the whole carpool--including the driver. The dialogue is perfect--Crane gets all the inflections of a ten-year-old's impatience, capability and bossiness just right. The characters are distinctly voiced with great charm and believability.
