SIMPLY DIVINE

Jane's glamorous magazine jobs at GORGEOUS and FABULOUS took her head over high-heel into London's fast-paced social scene. It didn't provide any real satisfaction in her love life until she was assigned as ghostwriter to self-absorbed celebrity Champagne D'Vyne's uncultivated and madcap comings and goings. Life takes on more changes than the models in the magazine. Jenny Sterlin provides a "simply divine" performance, giving particular zest to Champagne's wacky personality. Her characterization of Jane as the only normal character in a world full of self-centered VIPs and superstar worshippers provides stability and sarcasm intertwined with wit, intelligence, and humor.
