A PORTRAIT OF JESUS

Girzone, a retired Catholic priest and popular religious writer and speaker, presents his view of Jesus. The Jesus he describes is one that is very human and compassionate. Indeed, He is someone most anyone would want to know. Girzone's attempt to show us how nondoctrinal Jesus is comes across as somewhat doctrinaire, however. Raymond Todd's narration brings out this winsome Jesus quite well. His voice is warm and soft, without being soporific.
