The venerable Boston sports columnist narrates his own story, which revolved around sports from an early age. One cannot imagine anyone narrating this book but Ryan as he punches a word or two in every sentence. His passion comes through on each page as he vigorously details his experiences while covering all four major sports and the Olympics. From his years with the BOSTON GLOBE to his television work, Ryan's perspective, anecdotes, and honesty never get old. This is clearly a book in which the narration is perfect for the subject.
