It's a rich collection of ideas and practices, one that spans the divide between Western and Eastern thought, between self-determination and flowing with the universe, between adaptive metering of feelings and visionary expression. The author's narration is slightly uneven, but his insights have rare precision that practical language makes very accessible. Early on, you realize you're listening to something true and valuable.
