KISS ME Fool's Gold, Book 17

Tanya Eby takes listeners to Fool's Gold, California, where Phoebe Kitzke gets roped into helping a friend's brother on a cattle drive. Zane Nicholson is stuck taking tourists on the drive as part of his brother's latest money-making scheme. Eby keeps the pace moving throughout the journey, building the appropriate tension as the rains start. She's especially skilled with the voices of the children and the elderly. Her differentiation of the young adult characters is less successful, but that doesn't detract from the narration. Overall, Eby provides a satisfying narration to this love story.
