SABBATH

In a presentation rich with meditations, poems, and personal stories, Muller asks that we take the time to rest. Calling on the sacred traditions of the Shabbat, Muller offers practices and exercises that reflect this sacred time. To fully rest, he believes, is to find nourishment and peace. Muller’s voice is calm and rhythmic, wonderfully matched to his words of stillness and rest. His pacing is relaxed but steady. Conveying a sense of serenity, he speaks with a quiet passion.
