THE SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

Richard Moss has spent most of his post-medical school life leading spiritual growth groups. In this lecture and discussion with Deepak Chopra, he introduces a path to inner consciousness that transcends both religious and psychological traditions, as well as any type of academic or intellectual training. The discussion is quite personal and based entirely on his experiences, his sense of life as it visits him. He says the journey should embrace the fearful corners of life, the ones full of suffering and confusion, because accepting these experiences is the only way to integrated growth.
