UPANISHADS

The Upanishads are India's three-thousand-year-old teachings, the earliest living records describing the meaning of life. These doctrines proclaim that discovery of the highest self is life's most important achievement. Jacob Needleman, an author of inspirational and spiritual works, is comfortable narrating this beautifully detailed credenda.
