For business folks who dread the morning alarm clock because they don't look forward to going to work, Webb's audiobook is an inspiring listen. A former partner at a management consultancy organization, she offers insight into her own experiences with corporate doldrums. In order to ameliorate those negative experiences (and prepare this book), she studied hundreds of academic papers on the subjects of neuroscience, behavioral economics, and psychology. Webb's jovial tone and British accent recall the playfulness of Bridget Jones--all grown up. But there are times that the cadence of Webb's voice becomes too repetitive. However, this isn't an overarching problem. Overall, the text is so informative that it's easy to focus on its sage and practical advice.
