KARSTEN'S WAY

Ping founder Karsten Solheim is a man from a bygone generation of business leaders who made decisions with their hearts instead of their calculators. A motherless immigrant, Solheim started with a putter he developed and revolutionized the making of golf clubs, creating one of the largest golf equipment empires in the world.
