SHOOTING SEAN

Colin Bateman packs his book with action, horror, humor, and irony. Gordon Griffin renders each event, emotion, and joke justice, whether it's an old chestnut like, "she was a beautiful woman, especially in the dark," or a double entendre. It's a battle against time as journalist Dan Sharkey hustles to save his family from kidnappers at the Cannes Film Festival. Griffin demonstrates his considerable talent as the action continues with terrorists and locals in Belfast, Amsterdam, and France.
