Black's autobiography presents the listener with a glimpse of Ranger/Special Ops in the Korea and Vietnam conflicts. Black relates to us something of his ancestry and formative years, after which he relates stories of his experiences against the Chinese in Korea and his stint as an advisor to the South Vietnamese. Stransky's narration is sufficient for this text. His clear voice moves evenly, with enough nuance to keep the listener's attention. M.T.F.
