Skylar Morgan is the ideal narrator for this excellent discourse on mindfulness. His tone is soothing and encouraging as he delivers step-by-step instructions for many different exercises in a simple and precise manner. Mindfulness of breathing is so important that every other exercise begins and ends with it. Morgan puts himself in the beginner's place by answering potential questions, defining unusual words, and explaining how and why certain workouts must be performed. Many difficulties such as negativity, anger, poor concentration, and even excess weight can be positively changed when the prescribed steps are followed. Beginning practitioners will feel the author is present with them as they learn and repeat new behaviors. Morgan's honesty in cautioning that change takes time is also appreciated.
