POWER GAME

The listener is returned to Christine Feehan's world of GhostWalkers--psychically enhanced soldiers. The story opens with Bellisia, a female GhostWalker, escaping from her handlers. She makes her way to Louisiana's swamps to warn Ezekiel Fortune of an impending attack. Narrator Jim Frangione's voice embodies the swamp setting. Listeners can almost feel the humidity and the waters lapping at the shore. Frangione conveys the tension between Ezekiel and Bellisia and contrasts it masterfully with the tender moments between the two. The listener also gets the opportunity to revisit characters from the previous books in the series. Story and narration combine to make great listening.
