AFTERDARK The Dream Snatcher

When Vasco Shine starts stealing children's dreams, three young adventurers enter the fantastic realm of Afterdark to find the Pearl of the Deep and stop him. Narrator James Callis brings main characters Joe, Kevin, and Flora to life through vivid vocal characterizations. Even the smallest characters have unique voices. Callis's voice for Vasco is smooth and slick without being stereotypically evil. Callis uses the range of his voice to squeeze every bit of urgency and suspense out of the story, even when it isn't entirely warranted.
