Nine friends, outcasts at their high school graduation in 1972, promise to get together 20 years later, no matter what. As the years pass, two of them start to plan the reunion by tracking down their old classmates, only to find Angel has been missing the whole time. Where did she go? Is she dead? More questions ensue when Vinnie is found dead in the swimming pool at the reunion. Anna Fields's narration brings together these diverse classmates, endowing each with unique vocal mannerisms.
