Essayist Chelsea Hodson contemplates modern life, love, and video games. Her deep, contemplative voice is soothing--so much so that those who prefer a more lively performance may even find themselves falling asleep. Hodson's interesting life experiences, which vary from working at NASA to falling in love with the wrong man, allow listeners to dip in and out of the various entries at their leisure. Her understated delivery is an interesting choice given the overtly emotional nature of the material. Fans of her writing will no doubt give this a listen.
