Frangione masterfully gives voice to each character--from Sola's elderly grandmother to the tough vampire Vishous. Frangione enhances the listening experience by delivering all the emotions of the characters. The passion between Assail and Sola and Vishous's frustration with his mate, Jane, are well conveyed.
