THE DEVIL'S BANKER

Written after 9/11, this current and tightly written plot focuses on exposing the funding of terrorism, the new front line in today's war against terror. Since the offer of money can be the tipping point that puts the lives and safety of millions in danger, forensic accountant Adam Chapel is brought in to team up with British intelligence agent Sarah Churchill to follow a financial trail in search of various sponsors of terror. John Lee's rich, full-bodied voice is precise and distinct; his dignified narrative drive conveys listeners through the complex story. International accents and intonations are easily handled. Numerous characters and myriad acronyms may confuse, but this story ably dramatizes the concerns of those involved in the global fight against extremist violence. F.L.F.
