THE EASY SIN

The Australian CEO of a failing dot.com secretly enjoys dressing in women's clothing. As his long blond hair falls onto his lovely blue Versaci, two masked men enter his apartment and kidnap him. They think they have his girlfriend. In addition to this bungle, they accidentally kill his maid. The killing brings Sydney's Chief Homicide Detective Scobie Malone into the case. Malone's diligence in investigation, his relationships with his colleagues, and his humorous and tender dealings with his family are all enhanced by Christian Rodska's exceptional performance. Rodska's gang of klutzy kidnappers, complete with blue gingham hoods, is hilarious. Like the assorted women in the kidnapping victim's life, Rodska never fails to entertain. S.J.H.
