WICKED Part 3, Croaked

"Gramps and I stared out of the kitchen window. The plague of frogs was still there." So begins Episode 3 in the adventures of Dawn and Rory, reluctant step-siblings who have already faced poisonous slugs and killer sheep and who now must fend off a giant cannibal frog-general and his kamikaze frog-soldiers. Stricken by an infection that feeds on anger, Dawn and Rory try to keep their cool in a world filled with sudden dangers. In this wildly inventive, highly original series the children must think things through and save themselves and their loved ones. The series is performed with great energy by Kate Hosking and Stig Wemyss. American middle school readers will enjoy these zany and terrifying adventures, experiencing only small difficulties with the Australian usages.
