Annie has a real problem when she finds a tiny talking dog who claims to be under the spell of the new neighbors' cat, Delilah, a beautiful but lonely witch-cat. As always, there are two sides to every story. The Briticisms of this story are enhanced by Jane Asher's clear, flawless accent which consistently and delightfully delivers the subtleties of both language and character.
