Narrator and editor Tanya Eby has done a nice job pulling together this audio production of a just-off-the-presses collection of 11 contemporary horror and supernatural stories. A house that is not just haunted but is a ghost itself. Apparitional footprints that lead across a lonely field and then just stop and disappear. And a small boy who swears a phantom cat rubbed up against his leg. The sound and feel of this clever and very creepy sampler sneaks up on you and suddenly you'll be looking over your shoulder and checking noises behind the door. Other narrators include well-established voice talents, such as Rhett Samuel Price and Hillary Huber, and Hollywood talents like Holly Palance and Rachel Jacobs, among others.
