BLACK WIND

The chimera virus, a genetically mutated deadly brew, is released in a remote Alaskan village. Dirk Pitt and his sister, Summer, learn that Kang, a South Korean industrialist, is the culprit, and their death-defying pursuit of him ensues before Kang can loose more of the virus on the continental United States. Ron McLarty uses his versatile vocal range to flow easily between Asian and American accents, giving the impression of multiple narrators. When Dirk and Summer are captured and left to drown, he portrays their desperation with riveting bursts of staccato dialogue.
