FDR: NOTHING TO FEAR

These valuable archival recordings, part of a series of speeches by American presidents and public figures, makes a welcome addition for students or libraries. The scratchy, distorted sound provides a "you-are-there" sensation although lack of clarity is often frustrating. The jacket liner lists the occasion of the speech--whether inaugural address, fireside chat or VE Day announcement.
