BROKEN DISHES

Bennie Harper is at it again. Finding dead bodies and then feeling compelled to help solve the mystery of what happened is what she does best. In this latest in the series, Bennie is trying to help her friends get their dude ranch off to a good start with a quilting seminar when a dead body is uncovered. Johanna Parker has a light style that fits the plot and the personalities of the characters. She also does justice to the range of secondary characters who fill out the story.
