Serge has gotten out of a mental hospital and started a tour guide company in Miami. George Wilson holds tightly onto the reins of this bizarre and beautiful romp through the underbelly of Florida as it reels out of control. He certainly seems to enjoy it all--from the drunken salesman found dead in a dumpster to the old codger who reminisces about fabulous times among the Hollywood stars. A craftsman supreme, Wilson lights up the characters in vivid neon, turning each into a beloved three-dimensional personality. Serge is the enraged American who no longer can contain himself. Simultaneously we are laughing at present-day society and understanding what we are losing--as we find ourselves in the company of a madman.
