MARRIAGE MOST SCANDALOUS

Believing that her guardian's life is in danger, Lady Margaret travels from England to France to find his son, Sebastian. Sebastian never dreams that his attraction to Margaret will overshadow his desire to maintain his identity as the Raven, a ruthless mercenary. Narrator Anne Flosnik expertly captures Sebastian's clipped upper-crust British accent, which is elegantly laced with cynicism, even as she highlights Margaret's beguiling, yet forthright, tone. Through subtle nuances, she distinguishes the social stature of the characters, as well as their changing depths of emotion. Flosnik varies her vocal intensity, heightening the listening experience and plunging the listener into a tale of romance and untold secrets.
