Rachel Noe delivers the part of Britt, Jules's mother. Her brusque, clever posts show more concern for herself than her daughter. Emma Love emotionally narrates the rest of the story, expressing the views of Natalie, Jules's best friend. Her point of view is marked by guilt, anger, and grief. Her performance helps listeners understand the individual characters' responsibilities and truths, one of which is that no one could have prevented Jules's suicide.
