In 37 short essays comedian Tom Papa reminds listeners that life's absurdities are here to stay and that everyone is doing the best they can. His tone and delivery are comforting, heartwarming, even therapeutic. His comments on issues like pets, traveling, and family life are often funny but mostly enlightening and familiar. We are not alone, he says--everyone is working just as hard as you are at putting up with life's grinding realities. The observations and insights offered are almost all new, though similar in theme and character to his stand-up.
