THE DARK GROUND

When Robert awakens to find himself in the wild, the last thing he remembers is being on an airplane with his family. He soon realizes that he is Lilliputian-sized and is being stalked (or helped?) by others. Steven Pacey is his sparkling self as he regales listeners with this combination coming-of-age and survival story. Pacey skillfully imbues Robert with the fear and fascination a young person would feel in such an alien situation. He also gives Robert's mysterious companions authenticity as he helps them and they assist him on his perilous journey home.
