MAYBE ONCE, MAYBE TWICE

Katherine Littrell skillfully narrates a love-triangle romance set in New York City. Littrell ably navigates the multiple storylines and jumps in time periods. Thirty-something Maggie, portrayed by Littrell in a subtly determined tone, is an aspiring singer-songwriter. She finds herself in a unique predicament when two former loves come back into her life for her 35th birthday. Years ago, she promised each of them that she would marry him if she were still single when she turned 35. Asher is a well-known actor who has purchased the rights to Maggie's favorite novel. Garrett, a financier and part-time musician, reveals a surprising turn of events. Littrell wonderfully conveys the desires and hesitations of this trio, as well as splendidly revealing Maggie's struggles with her career and complex family history.
