CHRISTMAS IN CAPE MAY The Sunshine Sisters, 1001 Dark Nights

Alexander Cendese and Lynn Wright bring listeners back to Cape May, New Jersey, for a holiday romance. Jameson Franklin is asked to run his cousin's restaurant while he is away over the holiday season, and he ends up changing the popular casual place to a more upscale one, much to the dismay of florist Devon Pratt. Devon is fostering a mastiff and blackmails Jameson into helping her care for him. The narrators transition smoothly from one to the other. Cendese expresses Jameson's frustration when his changes in the restaurant don't go over well. Wright takes on a light tone when Devon and Jameson banter and flirt. Both narrators deftly manage to give Jameson a sexy vibe while keeping Devon feminine. This quick romance will satisfy listeners looking for a light holiday story.
