It's a friendly group of principles, especially in the hands of veteran personal growth narrator Eric Conger, who is expert with this kind of material. The authors provide interesting information about nutrient interactions, the density of nutrients in various foods, and their effects on specific health areas. One isn't bothered by the technical terms and organic chemistry dynamics because of the integrated writing, as well as Conger's obvious enthusiasm and openness.
