VENDETTA

Not even Laural Merlington's distinctive and versatile narration can make this third volumne in the Sisterhood series an enjoyable experience. In VENDETTA, the "sisterhood" of seven talented women, tied together by strong friendship and past hurts, seek their own brand of vigilante justice against the killer of their founder's daughter and her unborn child, who died in a hit-and-run accident. Since the playboy killer has fled to China using his ambassador father's diplomatic immunity, the "sisters" must use their ingenuity and get help from friends in high places to execute their revenge.
