Weaver followed her own advice by self-publishing the print version of this book, which encourages those over 55 to "celebrate life's potential." Her delivery, like her message, is good-spirited and enthusiastic. While there's much to praise about the wisdom of older adults and their contributions to society (as well as to themselves), Weaver warns us,"Being old nowadays is not for sissies." She tells us, not only why, but how we can keep our lives enriched and productive as we enter old age.
