Meet crossover Latin heartthrob Ricky Biscayne and his entourage, all glossy stereotypes who need their fixes of designer labels and upscale consumer goods or they'll shrivel up and die. It's especially true of shameless, overly ambitious Jill Sanchez, a thinly disguised version of a certain real-life Latina prima donna. Narrator Isabel Keating's enthusiasm is infectious. She's nicely nasty as Sanchez, a no-talent singer/actress who has her own line of clothes. Keating's upbeat as Milan, Ricky's new publicist, and tireless when reproducing sexy scenes and hip repartee.
