The pair meet when Noah's twin daughters run off and end up in the gallery where Fallon works. Both narrators give the girls playful voices matching their mischievous personalities. Crais provides a deeply masculine tone for Noah without sacrificing a lighter feminine one for Fallon. The same holds true for Cook, with her equally adept narration for Fallon and Noah. Both narrators add the right touch with the minor characters, from the sliminess of the gallery owner's son to the friendliness of Fallon's close friend.
