GRIEVOUS SIN

The newest Peter Decker/Rina Lazarus Mystery is about the disappearance of a newborn baby. The narrator has an excellent voice for Decker, gruff and middle-aged, but doesn't do justice to the women, especially those in distress. The production values are uneven; narration starts at different places on each cassette and at different volumes. Sloppy editing ruins the performance despite the good text and solid narration.
