Kristen DiMercurio, Cindy Kay, and Mark Bramhall perform this story of a decrepit mansion that is haunted by the wrathful ghost of a long-dead Hollywood legend and her greatest foe. When Ronnie buys a broken-down mansion following the death of her brother, she expects to find bad wiring in the basement, not a shrine to the actress Venita Rost and not ghosts. DiMercurio keeps the listener grounded in the present as she delivers Ronnie's snark. Bramhall, whose gravelly voice suggests a film noir detective, embraces haunted detective Bartholomew Sloan, who is trapped in his own perdition.
