Logan calls on private investigators Jack and Margo Angelhart to uncover what's going on and protect his family. Their investigation reveals missing exes, suspicious deaths, and questionable actions. Huber creates unique and engaging characters, and the pacing of her narration perfectly matches the increasing suspense of the plot.
