Sophie Aldred, who portrayed Ace in "Dr. Who," reads these two stories of a rather naive, somewhat spoiled, but somehow charming, young queen. Surrounded by an amusingly buffoonish court, she learns how to take care of her new donkey in HAPPY AND GLORIOUS. PRACTICALLY PERFECT is how she describes what her future husband must be, and the exasperated court is trying to oblige.
