PI and cabdriver Carlotta Carlyle finds herself investigating attacks on fellow Boston cabbies at the request of her boss, Gloria. Attacks on Sam Gianelli, her lover and Glloria's partner, and on Green and White Cab lead Carlotta deeper into the mystery. This latest in the Carlyle series retains its complexity of plot and features the stellar efforts of narrator Margaret Whitton, whose fully voiced performance has all the right accents (Boston, Spanish, etc.) This fast-paced, involving production will keep the listener entertained throughout.
