This book describes his theory that performing 15-minute miracles can change the world. Seo reads the script in a cheerful, perky voice. He appears organized but somewhat naïve. Whimsical piano music provides transitions between his 10 Golden Rules for Performing Miracles. The music begins pleasantly, but soon becomes jarring.
