Así como el final, de su esencia como ser humano y su fructuosa carrera. Karl Hoffman interpreta a Carter con voz plácida y diálogos alargados. Pero su capacidad histrionica aporta variaciones vocales, que van desde sensibles voces para los personajes femeninos, hasta intimidantes y potentes voces masculinas, propias de un abogado. Algunos capítulos presentan falta de continuidad entre si, tal vez, debido a que se trata de una versión abreviada. Pero a pesar de esté detalle, Fonolibro presenta otra obra de gran factura. [ENGLISH TRANSLATION]--Clay Carter, a young court-appointed counsel, has little possibility of future success until he receives a tempting proposal that awakens an uncontrollable ambition. Narrator Karl Hoffman acts out the human struggle between personal values and the siren of profit. He plays Carter with a tranquil voice and lots of wind for long dialogue exchanges. His capacity for high emotion works well for the young female characters. The strong male voices used for the lawyers fit the pleasing stereotype we may have of such decisive types. Some of the chapters lack continuity, a frequent wound from severe abridgment, but the production is an entertaining way to practice your Spanish.
