Northrup, a pioneer OB/GYN, and Schultz, a physician-medical intuitive, engage in a conversation that explains how our thoughts, feelings and actions can affect our health. Taking listeners through the energy centers of the body, they show how we can learn to listen to the messages that our bodies are sending. In this spirited dialogue Northrup and Schultz complement one another. Northrup has a more reserved manner and mellow speaking voice, easier on the ears. Schultz is mercurial, her voice faster, more clipped, and laced with a Massachusetts accent. Although they take their message seriously, they do not take themselves too seriously.
