The O'Boyle family learns that family is everything when they answer their door during a snowstorm on Christmas Eve and are confronted by gun-wielding killers. Their cottage is secluded, and the chance of help from the outside is slim, so the family must depend on each other to survive. The plot thickens when a third man is discovered unconscious in the killers' car, someone the O'Boyle's beautiful daughter, Kat, once knew and loved. Christopher Lane moves from New York tough to Boston Irish, from teenage son to New England cop in this suspenseful holiday offering.
