Perception, awareness, mind states, psychodynamic discovery, and approaches to functional integration are the subjects of this multimedia lesson. In addition to a DVD of workshop segments, the program's audio CDs contain loosely organized telephone interviews with the author and recordings of archival workshops. The intellectual and practical aspects of the program eventually become comprehensible. But to anyone but die-hard Ken Wilber fans, the arrogance in the author's speaking voice and the overly casual production style will overshadow its content. However, once listeners adjust to the program's abrupt sequencing and indifferent connection with listeners, the payoff is a collection of insights that integrate diverse personal development approaches, psychological theories, and spiritual practices from around the world.
