The conclusion of the Quinn Brothers trilogy resolves the mystery of Seth Quinn's birth and the love life of his brother, Phillip. Unlike the first two books, Inner Harbor requires some knowledge of the story line preceding it to understand the plot. Guy Lemonier's understated reading cannot match David Stuart's performance of the first two installments. While Stuart gave each Quinn brother a distinct aural personality, Lemonier merely reads their dialogue. His interpretation of the steamy love scenes between Phillip and Sybill inspires more embarrassment than passion, as does his portrayal of the feisty female characters in the story. If you haven't heard Stuart's performances, Lemonier's reading might be less disappointing. In either event, it falls far short of satisfaction.
